Warranty Policy: We offer a limited warranty on our used parts. If you have a problem with a part purchased from us, let us know within 5 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

On all rebuilt assemblies such as engines, transfer cases, transmissions and axles we offer a 1 year warranty on parts and workmanship. We do not warrant assemblies found to have been abused or altered. Drive train components used on trucks with 37" tall tires or larger do not carry any warranty due to the extreme uses most of these type applications experience.

All new parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us immediately if you find any problems with new parts purchased through us.

Bottom line is that we stand behind what we sell. In the unlikely event that you should have any problems with the parts we provide, just call or email us and we will take care it. If you should receive anything from us that you feel is not what you had in mind, just return it for refund.

We do not warrant shipping damage. Inspect all packages and pallets at the time of delivery and you MUST note any damage at that time on the delivery receipt. Bronco Connection LLC is in no way responsible for shipping damage caused by the carrier.

If any work is to be done by an outside shop or service provider, Bronco Connection MUST be notified in writing before such work is performed. Any work done without proper authorization by Bronco Connection will be denied, all warranties voided and any charges will be at the customers expense.

Any and/or all shipping or transportation costs for the return of any warrantable parts is the responcibility of the customer whether manufacturer warranty or Bronco Connection LLC warranty.
