Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy: All parts that must be shipped by truck are shipped nationwide on ABF, Fed Ex Freight, UPS and other LTL companies, they have terminals all over the country.

 All shipments are prepaid to the terminal. If they are shipped to a business, there will be no delivery charges. Sometimes, the trucking company will charge a fee to deliver to residential areas. You may avoid any possible delivery charges by picking the parts up at the local terminal. We can tell you where your local terminal is, just provide us your zip code.

 As a general rule of thumb, we can ship anything on a pallet up to 1500 lb. anywhere in the continental US, for $165 to $350. Larger body tubs and body parts that require over sized pallets usually run from $550 to $2500.

 Canadian shipments cost considerably more to go through customs. We have found that it pays for our Canadian customers have their parts shipped to the nearest terminal in the US and drive across and pick them up there. Much cheaper that way and you can get a better break on the import duty and other taxes.

 All shipping charges shown in the parts store are estimates only. Any shipments that incur any additional charges, ie.. storage, residential delivery fees, customs, taxes or duties will be back charged to the customer. All truck charges that may exceed the sales estimate will be back charged to the customer. Many times we do not know exactly what the delivery charges will be for truck shipments until they are delivered. Customers are responsible for all charges.

  Smaller parts are shipped on UPS, Fed Ex or Parcel Post. We usually send parts the cheapest way possible. Overnight and next day deliveries are possible by request and extra cost.

 Typically we do our best to ship same or next day after an order is placed. Large orders, custom built axles and other orders may take longer due to shop work load. We do our best to make sure all orders are shipped in 7-10 business days. If you register in our on-line store as a customer we will have your email address and will incorporate it into our tracking system so you will receive automatic updates on shipment progress.

 We do not warrant shipping damage. All parts we ship are in as described condition as of the time of sale. However, from time to time the trucking and/or package transportation companies do damage to the parts shipped. As per all transportation tariff agreements we have with all our carriers, the carrier is responsible for all shipping damages. The customer MUST note any damage on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery and begin a damage claim with the delivering company or Bronco Connection. If damage is not noted on the delivery paperwork there is no guarantee of any recourse either to the shipping company or Bronco Connection.


Return policy: While we have historically experienced very few returns, from time to time a customer may need to return a part for a variety of reasons. If it is a shipping error on our part, we will be more than happy to work with the customer and get the parts exchanged ASAP at our cost.

 Any other returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be the customers responsibility.

All returns must be approved by Bronco Connection LLC prior to shipping. Email or call us for approval. Any parts arriving without approval may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
